The hotel is conveniently located near the train tracks, offers a variety of healthy food choices, and provides excellent customer service with nearby parking.

The location was amazing and handy, for example, Canmore Engine Bridge was not too far from the hotel. The staff were accommodating during our stay. The unit we got was neat and updated with private bathroom, a lovely fireplace, for example.

The property is recently renovated, it has nice and very kind staff at the reception desk. The bagged breakfast with good coffee and muffin and juice is the highlight.

The hotel's location in Canmore town center was great and perfect. the bright rooms had a refrigerator, air conditioning, and a stone fireplace. the views of the mountain were good. the breakfast was nice and hot, and complimentary. the check-in process was quick. Lucky me, I got ironing free of charge too.

Every time in Canmore, I choose this place. The hotel is clean, has views of the mountains. It has brand-new facilities and offers complementary breakfasts.

Basecamp Lodge Canmore is a well-maintained place with very good services and mountain views. the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable towards all guests. - the lodge offers local food for continental breakfast. - Its location next to Downtown Canmore is perfect. - I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Great location close to grocery stores, neighborhoods, and a central spot, with free continental breakfasts and friendly staff.

The room was very nicely furnished. It was a good thing there was air conditioning.

The service at the buffet was unacceptable: there was always something missing, so you had to go to the lobby to ask the staff for milk, coffee cups, cereal bowls and the like. ... I paid a lot of money for these 3 nights with breakfast, and I am very disappointed by the service. . At night I would often be woken up by the nearby railway, which was very noisy.
